InvoiceSnap is a Chrome extension developed and operated as an independent software product. It enables freelancers, consultants, and small businesses to create and download professional invoices directly from their browser.
You must be at least 18 years old to use InvoiceSnap. By using the extension, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

InvoiceSnap collects minimal data necessary to provide the service, including a device fingerprint, optional email address, and invoice metadata. No invoice content is stored permanently — generated PDFs are automatically deleted after 30 days. Please review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
InvoiceSnap and all associated branding, design, and software are proprietary. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the extension for personal or commercial invoice generation. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the extension or its components.
InvoiceSnap is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Invoice accuracy is the sole responsibility of the user.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceSnap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension, including loss of business, data, or revenue. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 30 days preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of InvoiceSnap at any time. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. Purchased credits will be honoured for 90 days following any discontinuation notice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InvoiceSnap after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
